Info for Carpools, Sitters & Nannys

INFO FOR CARPOOLS, SITTERS OR NANNIES
Please familiarize all sitters, nannies or others who may be accompanying your dancer of CAPA policies including the following:
· PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR CLASS. Don’t sit in the dressing room waiting – go into the dance room on time.
· OBSERVE ALL POSTED NOTICES. All the rules are there for a reason, and apply to EVERYONE! Food and drink other than water is permitted in the Studio C “Break Room” only.
· AVOID BRINGING OTHER CHILDREN with you as they can be disruptive. If you must, keep them VERY quiet and PLEASE, no toys or strollers taking up floor space. Also, please don’t block doorways.
· WATER: CAPA maintains bottled water in Studio A and C. This is an honor system. ALL are expected to pay $.50 per bottle. It is not free.
· BE PREPARED: Check before coming to class to make sure your dancer has all shoes and dancewear and any other necessary items.
· TELEPHONE POLICY: If you are in the waiting room during class, please answer the lobby phone and take a message if the office is unoccupied. Please only use the phone for outgoing calls in an emergency as it is our only business line.
· CELL PHONES: Please refrain from cell phone use unless absolutely necessary. Extended or personal conversations need to be taken outside or to your vehicle.
