Nutcracker 2009 Ticket Order Form
Please NOTE: Any order received before Nov 9th will be processed behind those received on Nov 9th!!!
Beginning Nov 9, all ticket orders will be accepted.
There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be ordered, however orders over 8 tickets will be split into groups.
All orders must be accompanied by a check made out to CAPA AND must include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) so that your tickets can be mailed to you. If you do not enclose a SASE, your order will be processed last and you will have to pick up your tickets at the office or Will Call.
Be SURE to check your order for accuracy.
Remember if you have a dancer that is going to occupy a seat during a show after she is done performing, you must have a ticket for her.
